In Pieces Together is a raw and moving documentary that follows Blake Johnston, a three-time world record holder, endurance surfer and mental health advocate who turns personal grief into purpose. At its heart is Johnston’s 40-hour continuous surf, undertaken to mark the tenth anniversary of his father’s death and to open a national conversation about mental health and suicide. What begins as one athlete chasing a record grows into a story of family, community and connection, showing how courage and honest conversation can ripple outward and remind us that no one faces these moments alone.
